About the Role

Roicare, a leading provider of residential care for children with autism, is seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our dedicated team. Our facility provides specialized residential care for children with autism, learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, and complex needs.

As a Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing behavior support plans, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support to our residents.

This is a new home which will be opening soon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to work within a challenging yet exciting fast paced position delivering the highest standard of professionalism for our clients.

Requirements


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans based on assessment findings and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

  • Provide ongoing behavioral intervention, including direct support, training, and supervision to staff members.

  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans and make necessary adjustments.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

  • Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
